The Monthly Service Fee at Village On The Isle may change annually. The average increase over the past ten years has not exceeded 3%. Also, in efforts to collaborate with residents about any future changes, we conduct quarterly meetings with residents to share our financial performance. The CEO also meets regularly with the Residents' Council about any proposed budget adjustments.

Yes. Our Health Center assigns an attending physician who is on call 24 hours a day. For Residential Living residents, we offer transportation services (if needed), so you may continue to see your preferred physician. We also offer resources for house-call physician services for primary care support in the comfort of your home.

Yes. Pets are allowed and welcome based upon registration requirements and policies of the community. Pet acceptance depends on the neighborhood you choose.

Yes, Village On The Isle is entirely tobacco-free. This policy applies to all community spaces, grounds, and residences and all residents, staff members, guests and visitors.

Just like in your current house or condo, your guests -- children, grandchildren, friends and relatives -- are always welcome. They can enjoy meals with you in the dining room for a minimal charge. Should you need extra space for overnight visitors, guest suites are available.

Absolutely. There is convenient parking on site for you and your guests. Covered parking is available for residents at an additional monthly charge.
