Bus was on time. Customer service lady was exceptional! I accidentally left a personal item at the park and ride location. Their staff located the item, took it to their facility and made it available to pick up at my convenience. I am VERY grateful!

Awesome drivers $10 roundtrip Anchorage to the valley several times a day 6 days a week.Clean busses and not crowded. Hard to beat $7 bucks one way $10 roundtrip 45 minutes.

I have had a consistently awful experience with this business over the last two years I have used them. They seem to make a new mistake every day, ranging from overcharging and claiming they didn't, changing rules and fare at a whim, lying, forgetting to show up, forgetting to actually put me on the schedule in the first place even though I'm a regular, not once ever making a note of anything I ask them to, drivers driving recklessly and unsafely, drivers being directly confrontational to customers, mocking customers when told about things the office should have let then know about, the list goes on. I do not nor would I ever reccomend this service to anybody.
