Less than 1 star. Absolutely terrible clerks that work there. Just asked for a record for a background check that has taken over 3 weeks. They said that they lost my paperwork and then proceeded to hang up on me when I got upset. Absolutely TERRIBLE

Let me tell you how this place works. It's not a matter of justice; it's how much justice you can afford. And, don't come here with an attorney from outside Napa County. You'll get throttled just for that alone. Facts don't seem to count for much here. What counts is getting a "home town attorney" to do your bidding. Judge Tisher actually slipped up in my case and called opposing council by their first name, then quickly recanted and used their last name. Wow!

This office has lost 5 pieces of mail - including my original traffic citation. This was signed with the fix-it portions. Now they are claiming I owe thousands of dollars because THEY lost my ticket. Now I have to send even more paperwork to them, under the threat of collections.

It would be nice if they had DomainWeb like the other nearby counties so that law assistants can easily go online and see their docket, calendar, examiner's notes, etc.

If you call the clerk they can get a message to the judge. The fact is they are paid to be there and regardless of when you actually get called... they expect you to wait around until they call you. This is an issue that should be addresssed with the board of supervisors as they are the immediate governing agency to the FRAUD Napa courts. You can also reach out to the Grand Jury and make a suggestion for chanege in schedule accomodations
8:00 or 9:30 a.m. depending on the type of case (traffic, criminal, etc.), and depending on which Courtroom has been assigned. I believe most criminal cases start being seen at 8::00a.m., and most traffic cases are seen at 9:30a.m. The staff is very helpful and friendly here, so I recommend calling the Courthouse directly to get the most accurate, up to date information. 😃
Call the Court with your case information.

Go to small claims department and file a claim.
The Napa courts are notorious for civil and parental rights violations. Please visit me at Napa Civil Rights Advocate Habeas Au on FB for assistance. I have filed a Federal law suit against four judges here in Napa for blatant civil and parental rights violations. They are a business entity that invites the community member in under the guise of a resource location for resolve when in fact its a self sustaining economic juggernaut fortified with FRAUD. I have been dealing with this FRAUD and the aystematic kidnapping of my child with these ftaudulent members ACTING under the color of law for some time. I have become rather proficient at exposing their RICO structure and works. Check out the irrefutable evidence I have posted on the FB site, then contact me and we will see what you can do - Wendell Coleman
Inside the courthouse? Yes.
If the divorce was in California, fill out judicial council form fl-395 and file it with the court. You can get all online fillable forms at courts.ca.gov
