My husband has been trying to get his birth certificate since January. All the paperwork was at the post office and they wouldn't go there and get it. My husband did mix up the post office box number but numbers but we got it straightened with the post office vital records was supposed to go pick it up yeah right now we just today received the envelope back. So it was mail on 12/30/2021 3 day. Here it is February 21 2022 go figure.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Lazy employees. Came in from out of town to get a birth certificate and they didn't even have me fill out the proper paperwork so now I have to go back. Never met people less helpful in my life.

If you were born in Napa County, bring a check or cash, fill out a form, and take home your certified copy.

I don't know, but it would not have anything to do with the clerk recorders office. They file fictitious business statements, though.

From the courts, not recorders office. I assume you are referring to California records.
