Rarely ship here, clothes are outdated and Target has more to offer. The store looked like a bomb went off in it, clothes everywhere, all over the floor and thrown all over. Total mess. Joke , it's like there is no direction or management.

The customer service by Kevin in the men's suit department and Shahin in women's department was fabulous. Way to go Kohl's in the era of questionable customer service to have top reviews. Congrats!

The store is always clean and pretty well organized. I had trouble finding an employee when I needed to be rang up, but customer service was good when they came to cashier.

Kohl still rules as the best selection of well made clothing at affordable pricing. It's covid smart without imposing on the in store shopping experience. Poses a luxury to have a department store in town with free parking on site. Seems like a gem compared to other destination towns...
