Very disappointed with our visit. We don't normally dine in but decided to this time. The flavored sodas were empty and I decided to try the new southwestern burger and it was flat as a pancake and the burger tasted dry. 1 of the servers was shouting at someone else and everyone could hear which was unprofessional.

Very bad experience. (1) LARGE sign in window indicating dining room open, but it was not, (2) at drive thru menu we asked what sandwiches were on the 2 for $10 option, answer came back, "Same as the 2 for $5" but there was no sign for the 2 for $5 options on the menu, had to ask again, (3) waited for order for 30 minutes when we were third in line and, you'll recall, the dining room was closed, (4) were asked to pull forward to wait for order when there was no one behind us - I'm sure that helps your window-time metrics, but it does NOT help your customers (5) had to remind server that we didn't have our drinks yet when the food finally came out, (6) had to go to a gas station to use the bathroom.

Very slow for there to be very few customers. Also, dining room closed despite a sign saying it is open, not great to find during a long road trip.. wish I could give 0 stars. Waited in drive thru for more than 30 minutes. The sign that says "now open til midnight" has to say that because that is how long it will take to get your food.

Was dining at this restaurant on 12/10 @ 4:00 pm. One of the employees buddies walked in and up to the counter and said can I get a free vanilla milkshake. He in turn was given the milkshake and then went on to ask can I get a large onion ring which he was also given for free. Not sure what kind of people they hire but they are costing the company money throwing free food to people when the rest of us do it the right way!!! Won’t be back to this one.
