Went to KFC tonight and wanted 2-16 piece family meals. The lights were not on and it was 6:30 ish. Had to wait at the speaker for about 5 minutes, then pulled up to the window to order. Ordered the 2-16 piece family meals when we got our order we were missing 1 bucket of chicken, 9 biscuits, 2 Mac and cheese, a green bean and 1 French fry, had to tell them what we were missing. Had to tell them what we were missing about 4 times. So they tried to make the order correct. We got home and still was missing 7 pieces of chicken, 5 biscuits and 1 box of fries. I really can't say I would ever go there again. For ordering $ 81.00 of food you think that they would have paid attention to the order. I can't believe that fast food workers want $ 15.00 a hour. I think they should have to go 6 months without 1 order being messed up. To get more money. They really need some help !!!!!! There is no pictures. If you ask me they really should be ashamed of themselves for screwing up a order that bad !!!!! Well here it goes again. 07/17/2022 Again we spent 50.00 dollars 16 piece meal asked for fries for a side didn't get also asked for honey none this place just really needs to be shut down period !!!!

They didn't let us have what we ordered. We ordered a 16 pice but we had to beg for a 8 pice. The employees didn't won't to surve us because they wanted to go home. They don't close till 9 but wanted to leave at 8:30

Right off the bat this place was horrible. Workers were ignoring customers playing on there phones when customers were asking for help then touching food. We got our food and looked at it then threw it in the trash the food looked like it had been sitting for hours. The crispy chicken tender basket was more like rubber there was no crispy to it at all. Management did not have this place under control Avoid this location at all cost.

Got a good meal, the staff was friendly, it has been recently remodeled.
