Unpleasant experience went inside to get my receipt had to wait over 5 minutes. Used the bathroom and it was extremely filthy first thing in the morning. So Tried to clean my windshield, muddy water. No thanks. This definitely won’t be my new service station. I’m sure they make something off the $90 of gas, most stations make more on fuel than you think.

Every time my mom and dad would take me out of the house she would take me here to get a slushy. My dad died a few years after that.

So the money you took off my account when will that return? Haven’t seen it yet? I am disgusted by this! It’s hard enough times as it is

I am not employed nor affiliated with 7-11 at all, but if your card has a pending charge showing after using it at the pump it is what is called a hold. Most fuel stations have a feature like this... Normally between 25-75$. What it is is that it "tags" your account to ensure there are funds to cover what you may pump. It never actually is deducted from your account and is instantly released on the gas stations end. It depends on your financial institution on how long it takes to fully be available to you again, ranging from instantly to 48 hours, typically. The workers inside the store have zero control over it, since you performed the action at the pump. To bypass this being an issue in the future simply go inside and prepay your fuel purchase. It's frustrating, I know, and can be harmful to customers when funds are tight. However, it's a precautionary that is in place due to the amount of people who would pump and not have the funds to cover their purchase.
