Sat behind a large order at the drive-thru for 10 minutes, instead of having the person pull forward as they have done in the past while my 1 frozen drink order sat and melted. When I received it I sent it back to be remade and all they did was add some more whipped cream to the top. Didn't even change the cup to try and pull off their deceit! The old whipped cream and carmel drizzle was under the fresh whipped cream! Y'all aught to be ashamed and fired! Another rip off order from this location

Excellent service and polite employees. Haven't met one there that wasn't. With inflation and the product logistics of today not a bad value. Shelves filled. Plenty of gas pumps at this location. Great tasting fresh made food.. Note: watch how much you put on the sandwiches or add ons. That 25 or 50 cents adds up. I would recommend for sure.

I ordered a regular vanilla milkshake and purchased a "doggie treat" for my service dog I waited over 10 minutes and after several people got their orders who placed theirs while I was waiting for mine I inquired about my milkshake and as I did a lady who was there after me had just received her food order said she didn't get her drink so they apologized to us both, made hers and I had to ask again where is mine! At this point I have been in the store for 20 minutes and asked for a refund and they short changed me on that! Refunded me for the milkshake and not the 2.00 doggie treat that I paid for and left?!! I'm a disabled older woman on a fixed income and you have to steal from me? You'll never see my business again!
