My son wanted an ice cream cake this year for his birthday. I was not able to enter the store to pick out the cake so ordering it through the busted up speaker they have was not an easy feat. We finally ended up with a decent cake and the girl at the window asked me what I wanted written on it....she even wrote it down. I checked out drove home and when I went to put the cake in my freezer I noticed she had spelled my sons name wrong. I was dumbfounded. How do you write down the name and still misspell it? We didn't have time to deal with complaining or swapping it out as guests were already arriving so I told my son his name was spelled wrong and we just had a chuckle. My suggestion is an ADULT manager needs to be on the premises at all times. My sons name should have been spelled NathAn

I LOVED THE WORKERS SO MUCH , they were so nice especially the new ones i’ve been going to this dairy queen for about 3 years and i’ve seen the upgrades in the workers y’all have hired great employees they are so nice best dairy queen in town.

Blizzard was only top half blended. Bottom half of cup was straight solid ice cream.

I always go here and have never had any issues. I went today at 730 pm. I got a banana split. The bananas were gray. They tasted like they looked. I threw away half of it because the bananas take up most of it. The rest of it was good. I'm so disappointed.
