Best butcher in the area. Everyone is so nice and personable, they treat you like family here. High quality meats; they have theeeee best ribeyes I've ever had and I've had ribeyes from several different places - you could say I'm sort of a ribeye connoisseur 😁 If you have any sort of issues with a product from them, please give them a chance to make it right instead of just coming here and instantly leaving a bad review. I've been here a few times with good service and quality. Sadly, it seems that he lost his passion. I ordered 1 inch porterhouse, they had to replace with t-bone, and then couldn't even cut it straight. I measured the bone at one inch and the opposite end of the cut at 1/4". All of the cuts were messed up, and since they didn't even have everything I was promised when I ordered because they didn't have enough to even fill my order fully, I probably won't return.
