Sales lady didn’t seem too interested in assisting us , left us and told us to come find her if we had any questions, however the guy who checked us out at the counter was super nice and attentive. Had we had a better sales person to assist us, we probably would have purchase a whole lot more. Check my records, when I come, I’m ready to spend money. Which I had capture names better.

A very quick and easy shopping experience with sales associate Jennifer. I was in late, shortly after 8pm, light traffic so I kind of had a great one on with Jennifer. I knew exactly what I wanted as I had visited another location and picked out my beautiful sofa and table from The Jonathan and Drew collection. I love this modern furniture that will fit nicely in my brand new home. I will return for a dining table and chairs next week.

We visited Living Spaces looking for a sectional sofa. Lily, our sales rep, was not only very knowledgeable but SUPER nice and professional. What made this experience so great was that Lily didn't just tried to sell us any sofa but she told us about their outlet center and walked through explaining each sofas that we had questions about and had recommendations. Within 45 minutes we found the sectional sofa we were looking for and saved a ton of money. We would recommend Lily for all your furniture needs!

My experience with Living Spaces yesterday was a very pleasant experience . My sales representative was Courtney. She was very cordial and professional. She was also quite knowledgeable but if she did know an answer to a question she always asked somebody that did know. I was there a decent amount of time she was there trying to answer everything I threw at her. Like I said a very easant experience. I was very satisfied with service and happy with the products I purchased.

Unfortunately, that isn't currently an option. The only items that are eligible for removal are mattresses and foundations. These items can be removed with the purchase of a mattress or foundation.
Everything is well marked for social distancing. Employees are on the showroom floor wiping and cleaning everything. All employees are masked and masking is required for customers.

Yes, we take away old mattresses at no extra charge. (We do not remove bed frames) When you complete your purchase online, there is a section for "Special Delivery Instructions" on the shipping address page. Just let us know you'd like to have your mattress removed in that section. Please note, stained or soiled mattresses are not eligible.
Unfortunately, no. None of our bed frames come with the mattress, this includes our trundle beds. Mattresses are sold separately. If you are interested in purchasing a mattress and foundation, please visit our Revive Center.

Yes, when our delivery personnel arrive they will deliver items into your home and assemble everything for you. However, they do not touch existing furniture and are unable to assist in the moving around of furniture already in an individual’s home.
Living Spaces Furniture (LSF) accepts returns within seven (7) days of your receipt of an item, excluding bedding products. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Returns on Special Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason are not accepted. LSF does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. LSF does not charge a restock fee on accessories such as area rugs, lamps, wall art, silk trees, florals, and table and ledge accessories. LSF reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. Assembly is free if you choose our delivery option. Please note when choosing our pickup option, you will need to assemble your items at home, if assembly is required.
Delivery does not include removal of old furniture. The only exception is removal of old mattresses. We will remove your old mattress or foundation with the purchase of a new mattress or foundation if you notify us at the time of purchase in-store or at checkout online.

You can, however, select same day pick up at our distribution centers located in Rialto, Phoenix, and Fremont if the items are in stock.
