Group rented a room here for a few months each week. Great facility, great price, but the staff is not so much. We left rooms better than they were when we entered and the staff would look for every fault. Then they'd harass people with us. Few dirty looks at times too and you don't expect it because these are women clearly in retirement age working the front desk. Don't think they want to trust anyone and are quick to judge people. It's very clear when they don't like you. After the last series of comments made by these women, it was clear it was time to just say good riddance to this place. Won't be back ever. This review is just a forewarning to anyone looking to rent in a similar manner. Maybe a one time rental would be best. You'll probably be fine dealing with them for one event. Pretty clear they don't like you making a routine of using their building.

Only getting 3 stars because of the lady that actually helped me. Went in to try to get passports photos. Went to the first window since didn't know where to go. To my surprise one of the 3 ladies talking was the photos' lady. I said I needed passport photos, this lady said, is that way and pointed back of building and said but I have someone in front of you I said ok and went to follow her, then she said oh, I have another one so it would take a while I said how long? she said I don' t know since I helped them with paperwork also. She was rude and did not look like she wanted to assist me. So, she said you should make an appt. I said yeah I guess. So, one lady at the counter says you could go to triple AAA on Foothill they take photos, I said ok and she even gave me the address. Thanks to her I got my photos. Passport lady?? You need to be more helpful and friendly, you have no customer service skills at all!!
