Easy and convenient to make an appointment, no waiting when I arrived, service was performed in a timely manner. The technician also brought me into the garage while my car was on the lift and discussed the overall condition of the vehicle, especially everything underneath which I don't have access to. I bought a new set of tires at VIP in Yarmouth. The staff provided several quotes about the type of tires my car needed. In addition, the mechanic took the time to inform me of the need for future front break work and alignment. He also said this repair was not immediate and could wait until my inspection. The customer service was excellent and the staff knowledgeable. I would definitely return to this business for my auto repair work.
