I am currently apartment hunting right now and out of all the complexes I have asked for more information, North Upland Terrace has been the only ones who have gotten back to me. Not only that, Janeen who I have been in contact with has been super friendly and helpful. Although I will not be able to move until September, she let me know they will keep me updated if they have any availability during that time frame. I hope and pray I get to call this place my new home. Thank you for such a great response so far.

Made an appointment for ten o'clock. Arrived at 9:50 waited till 10:20, no one was in the office. Was highly considering moving here but when you step out for an emergency you should call anyone with an appointment to let them know you won't be there. (Hector) But Ernie the maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful.

North Upland Terrace is one the best apartment complexes I've lived in. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always on time with maintenance issues. As well, the management is thoughtful and caring towards the residence. David

I've been living here for more than 2 years and I love how everything is well kept, clean and whenever things need to be taken care of, it get taken care of right away! I also like the quality of people that live here.
