The front desk was rude. I was told they were swamped so they couldn’t see my son (not one single person in the waiting room) but that I could make a appointment for the next day. I went elsewhere and they actually were busy, over a 2 hour wait. I called to schedule a appointment for the next day and was told it was a walk-in basis only!!

This place has been my primary for the last 7+ years. I've never had an issue here. They were able to squeeze me in due to being with sick strep and pregnant . Only thing is I wish my last doctor Tiffany was still seeing patients she was super amazing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I use them for my blood pressure medications. However; they close their office, with no one to cover. My medication has been out for days, and they haven't called back the pharmacy or me. I have left messages, not reply. IT'S LIFE SAVING MEDICATION! With Covid protocols is extremely difficult to get in to anyone, and doctors that have established patients should be more considerate of taking care of them during this time knowing they can't just find help elsewhere! UNPROFESSIONAL.

I brought a client in today only to be met by a very hostile and rude front desk person. This is an urgent care facility, yet she made us feel as if we were imposing on her day. She was rude and disrespectful. I asked her if she wanted to change her attitude and she still did not get the hint. Another place did not take my clients insurance and we were told to come to Anderson Walk-In. She argue the point that the former place did indeed take his insurance. I told her she needed to try a little kindness and show respect. Whatever happened two customer service? Whatever happened to care and concern for someone in pain walking through your door needing help? I don't know who this person is, but she obviously is not fit to represent a medical facility.
