Lived here for a year. Maintenance team is awesome. Gets stuff done quickly. Very friendly and homey here. Not expensive for what you get. Pool and gym is well kept. They complex is kept very neat and clean. I would have continued to live here if family issues didn’t arise. Loved it!

I would give it 5 stars but I’m giving Bridgestone a 4 because of the electric company they use which is Pioneer. They are very expensive and I didn’t realize Pioneer basically buys their energy from AEP so you pay double the amount you’d pay rather than you would using AEP directly. I’m not sure if they have a partnership with Pioneer and that’s why they choose to not go through AEP. I moved in mid march and I’ve barely unpacked and I like to keep minimal lights on and I’ve already received a bill for $145 and I belong Pioneer bills biweekly. But other than that nothing but pleasant things to say about Bridgestone. I hope the consider ditching Pioneer.

The office and the Maintenance crew are great and was told this was out of their hands but needs to be because my car just got towed from a visitor parking spot! The apartments use an outside towing service and although parking is very minimal there is no leniency. I parked in a visitor parking area and my car was still towed….I am still waiting on a response from the towing company. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Since we came to view the apartment we are in now in Bridgestone, the services and running of the apartment complex has been efficient, courteous and considerate. They email us regularly about changes or notices, address issues of concern or maintenance in good time and organize fun events for the community. The apartment complex is well maintained and generally quiet. The apartment itself is a good size and was in a great condition when we moved in. We like living here and can imagine many other would do too.
