Unit was dirty when I started renting the toilet fill broke had to fix it myself after a two weeks i had 100% clean when I left manager was rude saying the unit wasn't clean before she even left her office to inspect it called after said it was clean and still never got my deposit back even called the main office never got a response they are crooks

My friend , her husband and 2 children, rent a nice 2 bedroom trailer with a deck for around $950. It seemed fine when I visited. Everyones yards were neat and clean. She was very grateful to get it because they were going thru some rough times and no one would give them a break on their background check. These folks did. That says something. I never even knew the place was there, it's so private.

It’s $266.40 weekly and I think it was $380 to get in.. overpriced for what it is.. literally took me 29 hours for my Xbox 1 to do a 2 gig update with WiFi service available... if you have Netflix you like to watch in the evening or anything streaming Gooooooodluck!!! Lmao

Yes they do but its hard to get into them people wait to get in them and dont leave we have been here for 2 years and love it quite the owners r good people and mrs ann the manager is great..if it was so bad here why do people stay years not weeks or months..all you can do is syop in and talk to the manager
