I'm diabetic and my blood sugar was low, so I went through the drive thru to get a snack to bring my levels back up. It took at least 25 minutes to get 2 tacos with my glucose level dropping lower and lower. I realize everyplace is understaffed right now and I can be patient, but 25 minutes is a long time. It's supposed to be fast food, right? If they had warned me up front that they were running a really long wait time I would've chosen to go somewhere else. They are lucky I didn't pass out in their drive thru lane. That would've totally backed everything up even more!

I placed an order on the Taco Bell app. It said it would be made when I got there. Then the app updated and said it was done. I called asking about it. I was calm and courtesy and professional and the manager or employee Dave was rude and cussed at me. He then hung up on me when I tried to call back politely asking him to not hang up. He has hung up on me twice since then after just picking it up. I never received my food and have been struggling to get my refund. Highly unprofessional. Terrible service at this place. Worst in a while.

Four out of nine times I have gone to this location during open hours listed in the app, they were closed. Twice they did not have what I ordered in the app. Only two times were the staff helpful and friendly and I had no complications.

I hate the system of kiosks. Its so impersonal. You walk inside to order, and a person tells you to use the kiosk. 15 minutes later... order is finnaly placed for family of 5. A person at the register could have done it a lot faster. They literally have no one at the counter the whole time we are there. I know there is COVID, but restaurants were doing this pre-COVID. After 10 minutes, Lady drops the food off at the front counter and calls name out once - still no interaction, like thanks and have a good day - just drop off and goes back to kitchen area. The food was decent, so thats why I gave it a 3 star. These people need to seriously step up their customer service

There is no indoor dining at this time. All the employees are wearing masks.
I'd call them and speak with them directly. There's good workers in there so I'm sure they'll help sort it out
Continued: so I went to the one on Brice and Main in Reynoldsburg and it was closed. I’m tired of it. If it happens again I’m contacting corporate.
They kinda pick and choose whether they're actually open at posted hours. Good luck
