I would like to say I have become a lifetime customer, because of the service I received at this location. Two years ago I was in a foot boot as well as on crutches. At this time my spending limit for what I needed to purchase was limited. So I went to Best Buy, because I had previously had an account with Progressive, and they said they had financing with Best Buy, and I was approved. Note* (They tried to approve me for the Best Buy card; however, I lacked credit) so I used Progressive. As I was being to shop, Kelsey offered to help me, and then she went a step further and said I'll just help you with your whole order. She was pleasantly kind, with a kindness to help me out, without rushing me nor acting like I was taking up her time. She keep going with me from places to the next place in the store. "She Rocked!" And when they didn't have something, she checked to make sure. If they offered an substitute for the item, she asked me if I wanted that, and made sure I got it, if that was the case. My last item was a computer. They said that they had it in stock; however, she explained there had been a break in and they were behind on updating what was still in stock. So there was another computer that I liked but it was $1,100 and I didn't have that. So what she did was went to see if there was one in the open box or damaged. Lo and behold there was. And I got it for the same price of the other computer which was $500 plus. Kelsey checked me out and at this time it was December 21st of 2020. I was grateful because Kelsey showed extraordinary over the top outstanding customer service for me 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟all the way. Now, I'm writing on June 27, 2022, because I told Kelsey I was going to give her an absolutely positively well deserved review. I didn't do this so please forgive me Kelsey. You POSITIVELY " Rock Girlie!" With 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 quality status🤗👍👏👏👏

Seriously though, everything is in the back. U tell/show/explain what you want to the sales associate then they go back to find it so they can show it to u. U feel pressured to make a snappy decision especially if there’s a line behind you. Purchases like this r big decisions that require thinking lol I definitely will not come back to this store again :(

Went in and asked the gentleman at the door about whether they had watch bands. He sent me to the area and let me know that if I couldn't find what I was looking for there, what other section to go and look for bands. Found the ones that I thought would be correct. Proceeded to cashier and she opened the box for me to make sure that the product I was getting was the correct fit. After checking the fit, I then was able to finish the purchase. A-1 service all the way around.

It was hard to find help at the Morse road location, and once we got help, the item listed as 'In Stock' was not. So we decided to go to this location and the people were extremely helpful from walking in; got help immediately to walking out; a very nice thank you and have a great day! Super friendly, and they had what we were looking for, so that was a plus. We will be going here first next time!

Wearing a mask and social distancing. They have hand sanitizer for you to use as well. The place was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful.

We do, both if they're bought at Reynoldsburg or bought from a different location. Always recommend stopping in and talking with the employees to ensure you've bought all the right parts as well as set up the scheduling
They have some antennas that are pretty awesome. However, the reception is limited by your location and surrounding obstacles. Preferably close to a window facing the majority of the antenna towers in your area. Move the antenna around until you get the best reception for all channels. The weather can at times, change your reception. I hope this helps.
