Okay, so much to say about this place. Some of the folks in the office are super helpful which is nice. They can’t help that whoever owns the property is horrible. The only good thing about living here is some of the maintenance guys. Hale is usually the one who comes to my apartment and is super nice and makes sure to get everything resolved for me. He’s quick about doing it and is usually in and out. I have a small child and he makes sure whatever work he’s doing doesn’t disturb my kid or will make him sick. Thanks Hale ! Let me be very clear. The 5 stars go to maintenance. Not the property.

I am giving 4 stars because of the employee by the name of Tai Miranda! Although I am not fully pleased with the maintenance service and wish to see some upgrades to the apartments...this woman has made my living experience much smoother! Always stays on top of everything and looks out for the residents! Thanks Tai!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! My oven is giving off gasses so we can’t cook , our toilet has been leaking sense we got here looks like mold is starting to form, we sent in multiple request. Ac has been broke which is making my pregnant fiancé suffer. Not only is that making her suffer my service dog is going through it as well which that have been charging us for and is 100% illegal. My back door has been broke sense we got here never fixed! The worst thing abt it is the support bean that holds the second floor is coming out!??!!???!! I will be calling the city or whoever to come and inspect this place to make sure it’s a safe environment for my service dog and pregnant fiancé.
