Anyone else living here have problems with maintenance? And rude people in the office? Do the people living here have working AC cause we don’t and it’s 94 degrees today! And we have young children living here.

This is the second time my air went out they so called fixed it on the seventh of last months and it had water in the furnace this time and he took it apart last Wednesday never put it back together they keep saying they were going to fixed it for two weeks and I called today for a rude chick to hang up on me. It also went out in the winter time too

Exact same issues! Ac has been out since memorial day weekend. Only here about 2 months, had major leaks that they failed to fix correctly until the 4th work order. But they see no wrong in billing over 400 for a water bill.
