I went with a friend to pick up a 10’ uhaul she had reserved. When we arrived the man in the station had asked us if we needed self service for gas and we told him we were there for a uhaul. He said the guy who takes care of the uhaul stuff had left for the day about 20 minutes before we arrived, but left the keys in a drop box & to do it in the website, but that he knew nothing about how to do the uhaul transaction or set up. The uhaul website wouldn’t give any type of code for a drop box & my friend had selected counter check-in when placing the reservation. Poor service, employees not knowledgeable on all functions of the business. Why would you leave for the day knowing you had a reservation scheduled for counter pick up?
