PNC ATM

I deposited a redeemable check into the Atm machine on 1-12-2021 in the amount of 1200 dollars. It was properly signed&co-signed and placed in my account. PNC refused to cash it. Then they sent it to Philedelphia.. I was told they will re-issue this check in 10 to 14 working days and re-mail it to my address.They said they are sorry for any INCONVENIENCE this may cause me and my co-signer...10 to 14 days to get access to my own money?I went and talked to the 'customer rep' and was told that 'ATM' machine cannot clear a co-signed check..REALLY? SINCE WHEN? ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DEPOSIT A LEGAL CHECK AFTER WORKINGS HOURS AND USE THEIR 'ATM' TO DEPOSIT IT INTO? They blamed it on us..Its seems more important to this lousy PNC branch that 'they are right'.And the customer is 'always wrong'..Customer service at its worst!And the customer rep named 'Ron' who called me later from this 300 mt.lebanon Blvd branch was rude,arrogant,and standoffish..The co-signer was my wife,who also has a PNC account..We offered to come in person immediately to clear up any possible identity discrepancies now that this branch knew our identities but old RON couldn't have cared less.So we wait for are own money for up to 2 weeks thanks to this crew....CAN I GIVE THIS BRANCH A '0 out of 5'? They don't deserve a 1 rating...

Very disappointed in PNC . Have been with them 40 years. They service has gotten worse this year. Will move my all my accounts to another bank.
