It was the worst experience, the fact they didn't bother to call to inform they had no delivery drivers, didn't bother to look up my order. Just said it didnt exist when I have email confirming my order and the app stating it was being made. Called back to confirm my order, was on phone for 20 mins waiting for someone to pick up! Called customer service and they answered within 5 secs, they need to re-evaluate there team. It was unprofessional and disrespectful! I want my refund for my order I never received and never got delivered!

Wish I could give 0 stars. This Pizza Hut does false advertising. Ordered a large pizza and it looked like a medium pizza when I picked it up. When questioned about it, the worker said no this is a large pizza. Probably didn't think I would go home and measure it. They said a large pizza was 14". Guess what, this pizza measured exactly 12", the size of a medium. Do they think I am stupid? To make sure my kids ate, I didn't eat any pizza. Called the store and spoke to the manager. Had him confirm the size of a large pizza, he said 14". I let him know large pizza measure 12". He said well we don't measure the pizza and those are Pizza Hut standards. Aren't you Pizza Hut? You don't go by pizza hut standards? He just repeated those are Pizza Hut's standards as if he didn't represent Pizza Hut. Advised him I would be contacting corporate as this is totally false advertising. He just said okay. Didn't attempt to make anything right. l never order from this Pizza Hut again

Pizza had no sauce and was cold. Wing containers crushed and leaking sauce everywhere. The manager Micheal was the one that picked up. He was annoyed and refused to believe me saying the only way he'd make a new one was if I drove it down there, I cannot drive right now which I why I got delivery. Offered to show him pic and/or show delivery driver he refused. Said hed give me a credit but instead hung up.

Worst Pizza Hut store by far. Three weeks ago we placed an order, after almost three hours I called to find out what was going on. They told me door dash took our food to the wrong home. We asked for a refund, it took four days to get our money back. My wife tried again tonight. It took three hours to get our food. I called to see where our food was at 6:54. I was left on hold for 20 minutes. Then I was told that it took 2 and 1/2 hours to make our food and wait for a delivery driver. I told them I would never order from their store again. The response was, that's you prerogative, and they hung up on me. Door dash person told me that the store told them good luck with these people when they arrived to pick up our food. This place does not deserve to be in business. With all of the struggles that covid has put on businesses, this one could care less about service or customers. Do not order from here if you are hungry at all. You will be waiting for a while.
