Horrible don't order from here at all , I paid for groceries and did not get half of them.. then tried to get my items back and no help this was a pick up order, they rude and slam your car door, and charge you for items and don't give them to you

If I can give a zero star, I would. The cashier at the self checkout was extremely rude, short temper, each time I called for help, it took her 15 minutes to come to me and she was unhappy. She wasn’t busy but she was chatting, looked at me, rolled her eyes that I was interrupting her. Here is one example: The bar code at the eggs carton didn’t work, she was literally yelling at me very loud to go grab another good one she can scan. She was in a hurry to go back to her chat. Complaining about me to the person she was talking to. On the way out, i told her I had the worst experience ever at Kroger because of the way you treat your customers. Her answer was that go ahead and complain here is my manger. I didn’t have time and I had meat and groceries worth $200 that can go bad. I left but I would rather put this money somewhere more appreciative to their customers. The competition is high and I don’t need to go back to your store Since you hire such employees then your service is hit or miss. Management needs to offer anger management classes to their employees. I am Very upset and disappointed.

I really like this store. I do however feel over talked but one of the cashiers. He comes over by me while I’m trying to check out and tells me about his whole life. I don’t care. It’s every single time I go to this location. I’m an early morning shopper and he’s so annoying that I drive to other locations. I believe he has some type of disability and while I love that disabled persons are getting work, I think they should still be professional. Greet the customer and say, have a great day. I wish he transfers to a Dublin location.

Very cool hot food section including reservable room, overall much bigger than the previous location down the street, nice liquor store
