Made a non-emergency call for a disturbance near my house. I had the bad luck to have been answered by Melanie, with the worst attitude and rudeness I have ever experienced. I can’t believe they let people like that answer the phone. I have been on hold twice because of her bad mood. Just for a one minute complaint. Wasting precious moments of other calls, that might be urgent. Wow how is it that they have the right to treat you like that? I shouldn’t be scared to call, or to be bullied for help. Very sad.
