After years of banking with them these people are clueless can’t change anything that goes wrong with your account. If it doesn’t involve deposit or withdrawal they have no idea what they’re doing. Do not recommend this credit union

If I could give it negative Stars I would. Been having problems with this Bank since day one. Can't access my online account because they need to send a verification code to my phone number have a new number and they won't update it. Tried multiple times to do it online finally called yesterday talk to someone gave him the new number and it's still not updated. If it's not about a deposit or withdrawal these people are clueless

The bank customer service at the management level has declined over the last year after the long term manger left. The management has made several mistakes on my account, current hours are terrible and unpublished bank policies on withdrawal limits are horrible. After over 17 years as a customer I closed my accounts and would no longer recommend. It's a shame to see such a great little credit union be ruined to the point it is now.
