I have had the privilege and opportunity to be able to refer Right at Home several times in the past and have personally seen the difference it has made to many seniors. When you're getting older it is tough to recognize the need for help, and even tougher is to accept it. The team at Right at Home is encouraging and helpful every step of the way. I don’t even know where to begin to thank Lisa and Terry Jeffers for helping my sister and I navigate the complicated world of home health. We were desperate and didn’t know where to turn. My 86 year old dad was at home after knee surgery but doing very poorly. Lisa jumped into action and told me she wanted to call some other providers to find us the best answer about what to do. My father was eventually admitted to the hospital and is doing great. He’s home and finally receiving home health care. Without Lisa’s guidance, he might have stayed at home and turned into an emergent case. Now here’s the incredible part. At every step of the way, Lisa called us to check on my dad. She was kind and knowledgeable and went far beyond the call of duty. I’m writing this review because Lisa just called again after six weeks to check on our family. Six weeks! That’s how caring and incredible she is. I want to thank Lisa for her guidance and empathy. But mostly for following my dad’s case more frequently than I could have imagined! From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Lisa!!
