They can’t ever get anything right. The food isn’t ready or even in the oven, even though the app says it’s ready to pick up. Just horrible overall service. Even their in store order says my order should have been ready but they haven’t even put it in the oven yet.

Delivery definitely takes time. They also charge you even when the food hasn’t came yet. I recommend going there instead. Other than that, the food is delicious!

Service is an issue they are friendly but not our together what I mean is anytime corporate is running a promotion and the person taking your order says they have nothing to do with it to contact them it’s not okay. Pizza is edible we live close to one so getting it hot is the key.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a pizza place in my life. Extremely incompetent staff. Called around 5:15pm. When ordering, was asked my address 3 different times and asked me to spell out “place” 4 times. After we struggled through the ordering process, we finally placed the order and we’re quoted 35-45 minutes. I know you’re surprised but, 1 hour later, our pizza still has not shown so I called. Their response was “oh about that order - we don’t deliver there sorry”. They 1. Placed my order without stating we were out of the area of delivery and 2. Never called to inform us they cancelled our order. When I asked to speak to a manager there was a girl in the background yelling “let me talk - I’ll act like the manager”. No one else would speak to me so I informed them I would be contacting corporate tomorrow. Best of luck to this location and the employees. I hope they learn to better customer service paying customers and treat people with respect who are just trying to have dinner and feed their families. Upon calling back today to speak to a manager he did apologize but went on to say “just order Monday-Friday until about 6, that stuff doesn’t happen on my shift”. So clearly, there will be no resolution here if you’re ordering on a weekend.
