EVERY TIME I COME IN HERE I GOT SECURITY FOLLOWING ME FOR KNOW REASON AT ALL IT FEELS LIKE I'M BEING RACIALLY PROFILED EVERY TIME I KNOW WHAT THERE SECURITY LOOK LIKE THEY GIVE THERE SELF AWAY EVERY TIME I'M GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF THEM FOLLOWING ME I SPEND GOOD MONEY AND LOTS OF IT EVERY TIME I WISH I COULD IT ALL BACK AND SHOP AT ANOTHER STORE SPEND MY MONEY THERE!!!! YOU GUYS GOT TO STOP RACIALLY PROFILING BLACK AND WHEN I ASK FOR ASSISTANCE YOUR EMPLOYEES DON'T SPEAK OR I DON'T IN THIS DEPARTMENT AND WALK AWAY!!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE I N WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE A ZERO OR NOTHING AT ALL!!! SO PLEASE CHANGED WHAT YOU ARE DOINGNAND GET BETTER TRAINING!!!

I don't think I should be treated like a child who can't use the self-checkout or thief at this store. Why close down the self-checkout lines? I just wanted to grab 3 items after work for dinner and normally never have problems at this store. But to have to wait 20-25 minutes in line because of people will full carts ahead of me. Ridiculous. At least open express checkout lines for people who have a few items if you can't trust anyone at the self-checkout. I put my items back and noticed that the person that was behind me wasn't in line anymore, everyone else was complaining in line too. Maybe a sign you should fix something? At least Kroger is nearby and Meijer is down 33, both have self-checkout with zero problems. Ran to Meijer and got my onions and meatballs in 3 minutes in and out. Won't be returning until they re-add self checkouts or express checkout lanes closer to closing time.

Went o the Walmart in Canal Winchester today to purchase some groceries worth $110. And felt like I was being racially profiled. I was the only African American scanning my groceries but the employee felt the need to come to my register after I’m done to act like she needed to put her password in and proceeded to tell me that she would have to scan all of my items up again because the machine wasn’t working when it was working completely fine. I was by another customer at another register that was not African American that purchased a mini refrigerator and she didn’t even check their receipt to make sure they purchased it but wanted to rescan all of mine. I completely told her Nevermind and that I would go somewhere else and purchase my groceries. How was I able to scan everything and then once I was finished she stopped it so that she can rescan everything. NOPE NOT TODAY!!! And I will not be shopping at this location again as well as every one that I know will not be either. I deserve to get treated just like any other customer that comes through that store without being watched like I’m stealing something!!

The pickup part of this store is an absolute nightmare. They never have my order ready when it's supposed to be picked up, last night they had a whole 2 hour delay and there was only 3 people waiting on their pick up orders so it's not like they were slammed. They never answer their phones so you have to still go in and let them know you are there. They are just lazy and mark stuff as out of stock when it's really there. Why offer the pick up service when it's not reliable or dependable? I have a set of 3 year old twins so I thought pick up was a great idea but not at this location!

Ouija boards don't seem to be available in-store but you can have them shipped from Wal-Mart's site to the store for pickup for free.
