Absolute horrible business! I go online to check in as soon as they open and it says 0 minuet wait, so as a rational person my mind says ok walk right in. I get there they check me in (at that point of being entered in the system, anyone who checks in online comes after period!) and am waiting on them to finish a walk in who showed before me. As I wait 2 gentleman walk in and because they checked in online they were helped before me. The check in option online should be used only to ensure your not waiting any extra time before people who either check in or walk in after not before you!! Absolutely unprofessional way to help customers!!
