I will praise them for customer service. Everyone was really nice. But, I know that word is the big pivotal moment. Don’t waste your money on pedicures here. The skill level and being thorough on full pedicure (cleaning nails of debris, shaping, callus removal and message length). I’d give a 2/5. The 2 ladies I had paint my nails were at best a student level finish.

Kelsey cut my hair yesterday and I am in a fantastic mood because of it. She listened to me and actually took the time to give me exactly what I wanted. She is highly skilled and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Kelsey! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Would be 6 stars if that was an option! This place is amazing. Creating masterpieces with your hair like they are an artist working with a blank canvas. Spectacular artists too. My wife went in recently and gave the stylist an idea of what she was looking for and let me tell you she hit it out of the park! The stylist applied the amazing highlights and then proceeded to carry on conversation with her while she processed which was so thoughtful! The price for the time, expertise and outcome...worth every penny! Earned a well-deserved tip as well as these professionals work hard to capture their clients' visions to the best of their abilities and this place doesn't miss. My wife promptly posted her beautiful hair to social media where family and friends could see the masterpiece on display. The staff at this establishment is so helpful too, I had to have a last-minute change in schedule the other day to get the old dew trimmed and the people on the phone were so nice. I believe I spoke to a front desk associate, then someone calling themselves the general manager (which job well done what a great team they have built) and they were able to help me get another time lined up even though it was my fault on the cancellation. If I had to rate the personal skills of these folks I would say 10! Do yourself a favor and run to this place. You will thank me later!
