If you're thinking of renting a unit on this "luxurious" place PLEASE change your mind right away and save yourself future headaches. Lady in charge of the management and realtor seems to be nice at first time but be careful she will do her BEST to rip you OFF all the way. First floor units have a huge insulation problem that management claims it's fixed but its a NOT. Winters are super cold & Summers super hot plus your PSEG bills will be extremely HIGH - think about paying 3 times the price you should be paying even PSEG will send you a letter explaining why you're paying too much and comparison prices that you should be paying per square footage. Everything looks nice but it's BAD quality. Vent's have never been cleaned and apt air quality is horrible it gets very dusty. If you suffer of allergies stay away and if you ask management to clean nothing will happen. Dryer didn't work for a month and management refused to give a new one even after 2 technicians said they couldn't fix. Imagine yourself hanging clothes for more than a month or going to your closest laundromat. Building is not soundproofing you can hear everything your neighbors flussing the toilets, using the bathroom, pipes making noises, kids crying, dogs barking. You hear everything!! Lastly if you have kids this place is NOT for you. Kids room runs with donated toys from people living in the building and it's always extremely DIRTY.
