I ordered food multiple times through the door dash app from this restaurant. The first time I ordered the whiting fish, it was not seasoned well, undercooked and not crispy. So I figured maybe it was just that day and they were very busy. So I ordered it again, it was the same. and when I tried to call to speak with someone to make sure the food was cooked properly before I went to pick it up, no one answered the phone. And when I got to the restaurant, I could hear the phone ringing and none of the workers picked it up. And I noticed that the first time I came there, the phone was ringing and nobody picked it up. It's very unprofessional for you to have a business and not answer your phone in case customers need to change their order, get information about your food or if they have any other questions.
