Worst job I’ve worked at! No one wears gloves and cleaning dishes is a major issue because they mostly just get rinsed no soap or sanitizer! Wiping down anything is only water or a dry rag. No cleaner! People also eating and smoking in the back or walk-in! Laughing at customers when the windows closed and managers sit in the back of dining rooms on there phones and that’s why the lines are always so long! 10/10 wouldn’t recommend for sanitary reasons or customer service. Also don’t work here the pay and treatment of workers is so awful and degrading! Don’t get me wrong it’s not everyone but it’s most of them! Shift leads have also hit workers during work! And no consequences from managers. Raises never happen either! Just talk. 10 people have quit or been fired tonight based off of managers personal treatment of people. Don’t work here or eat here!!!

The franchisee should know that this place is damaging the Dairy Queen brand. I’ll echo what the previous reviewer shared. The only person apparently keeping the ship afloat is the girl behind the counter. Massive line inside and in the drive thru. Blizzard machine broke. Waited almost 20 minutes for “fast food”. Several people walked out while we were there.

Customer service is severely lacking, knowledge is severely lacking as well as common sense. It seems the only person trying to organize the immense amount of chaos was the poor girl at the front counter taking orders. She had to take orders, go in the back and cook as well as making ice cream. Not because they were under staffed they had at least 7 employees back there standing in confusion, talking on cell phones or out right just standing there doing nothing. I’m in customer service and if you have a drive through wrapping around the building and a line out the door you don’t do that stuff. They seemed to all be high school students with no direction. I don’t blame them where’s the manager, adult or trainer giving direction and organization??? It’s clear money is the only objective at this location and something needs to be done. It’s also clear they aren’t taking any of these reviews seriously as they reply the same thing to every comment. Not to mention if they cared at all changes would be in place by now. You guys are setting this establishment up for serious failure.

Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 blizzards to bring to my sisters. After about 15 minutes, I finally made it to the window. I don't know why, but every time I order sundaes, or 2 blizzards, they give them to me with no lids. I am clearly the only one in the car, and I'm not dining in. Anyways, the girl shows up to the window with her long white nails, and hands me the two blizzards. I ask if I can have lids for them. She takes them back in and yells to her friend, "I didn't know people could ask for lids at Dairy Queen!" Her friend said, "what?" And she said again, "I didn't know people could ask for lids at Dairy Queen!" hahaha what?! What does that even mean? Don't take the Queen part too literally there girlfriend! Then I told her, "Sorry. Every Dairy Queen I've been to gives them to me with a lid unless I'm ordering inside." and she said, "Oh no you're fine." Well apparently I wasn't fine. Keep the sarcasm to yourself. I am the QUEEN of it and I know exactly what that was! Anyways! Never a good experience here. Save your money. ZERO STARS
