1st time going was a little rough. The next trip we had Ms. MacKenzie. She was very knowledgeable & put our minds at ease trying to transition between states. Overall a great experience. Thank you MacKenzie I would like to give you 10 stars 🌟

It was the best experience I ever had at a dmv office. My clerk was so helpful & very polite. She had a nice smile too especially for a Friday.

I'd give 5 stars if I hadn't had to go back 2x and wait on hold for a half hour. I went to the walk in hours on Tuesday, around 10:20 am. The line was out the door on the steps, snaking up the handicap ramp and down the stairs to the office. I counted 21 people ahead of me that I could see. I left and went back later around 2:30 that afternoon. Only a out 5 people ahead of me then. I only needed to change the address on my registration. I couldn't do it online because I had switched my driver's license to another state so I could get vaccinated. The clerk took care of changing my address and even asked me if I wanted it changed on another vehicle registered in my name and my husband's.

Yes as of last week they're accepting walk-ins at Pulaski.
Call
The pulaski one is open by appointment only
They are also open via drop box and that is located just outside the building. Service can be faster that way if all your paperwork is filled out already
You call and make an appointment
No it's appointment only

You have to first print out and fill out the sales tax form and title/ registration/transfer form dt 802-dt 803 off nystatedmv.com fill everything out like normally and attach receipt and temporary insurance card or have it faxed to them put everything in an envelope with a blank check or money order for more then enouph and put your name and number on the envelope place in the drop box out side mine was done by end of day for me and they bring it out to you and your change back drop it off n go on with your day they will call you when it's done no point to wait maybe next day hope I was helpful
They should be able to and you can look on title and see if it says salvage title if so it's been classified as totaled at some point

No penalty you would just get ticketed for an expired license if driving and get stopped
I believe they changed rules again eye exam is for everyone to make sure they can still pass there eye vision but as far as written test again not so sure unless it's a new precaution to make sure still understands rules of the road hope this helps
Expiration date is on the license.
I believe so they have all the computers in side building so I can't see why not they do everything else
You can sign the title over in his name or you can go with him and he can register it in his name and keep title in yours if that's what your thinking of doing.unless they changed it
I believe its $60
