This Health Center has the most exasperating phone system imaginable. If they had deliberately worked to design a means of preventing patients from getting in touch with their providers, they could not have devised a better system. Once you reach the "extra assistance" option on their voice mail (+8 BTW) you get this plinky jingle that is interrupted once every 15 seconds informing you that "all of the operators {as though they actually have even a SINGLE operator on staff} are busy, etc." If you are trying to accomplish anything else in your life while waiting - I still have a job and want to be a productive human being - this continually disrupts your concentration and makes it impossible. I have been with this health clinic many years but now that I am older and need to communicate with my doctor more often, it is nearly impossible. I am seriously considering another health care provider.

One of the receptionists (Christine) is an anti masker who has admitted publicly multiple times to not wearing a mask and posts unhinged Facebook posts about masks. How she’s allowed to work in health care is beyond me, but I no longer feel comfortable bringing my family here.

Dr Dunn doesn’t listen to what I have to say and it’s rather irritating I’ve asked for a tooth to be pulled twice now and I’ve been out on amoxicillin and ibuprofen mind you I’ve been out on amoxicillin twice now and I’ve been taking 800mg of ibuprofen WAY BEFORE it was every prescribed I would like for the dentist to take my tooth out but refers me to go get my wisdom teeth out so they can take that tooth out like no I’m asking you to take out my tooth so do it very little respect for drs and dentist that don’t listen to there patients
