It depends on age of children. Easiest way to find is go to the website, then click on "Classes and Events". Once you get to the classes and events, you can limit by date and branch. I used the keyword "stories" which worked great. Or you can drop by the branch. Or give them a call.

im pretty sure they have a pickup/dropoff system set up right now, and they've set up this online reservation system for browsing and computer use. you can find it on the howard county public library system website, but i don't think you can just go whenever.

Nope. Still closed. Gotta log into your account online, select the books you want and they'll pull them for you. Then you have to schedule a pickup time. Depending on which branch has the book it could take a week or so.
