Went in last month to send two coats back to Amazon. Amazon said just take the coats and codes in and UPS will ship. No need for boxes. Went in and the employee made me buy a box to ship and said Amazon costs her money. I was in a hurry bought the box and left. She gave me a receipt for the box. Now, I just got emailed from Amazon that they are still waiting for the coats. And I only have the receipt for the box so I'm out $200.

I stopped in to have a small box of cookies sent to my son for his birthday. The package was scheduled to be delivered on Monday which was fine given that it was Friday afternoon. Did the package arrive on Monday? Nope. It arrived 24 hours later..... a full two days earlier than promised! Talk about great service! I will definitely be returning to this store.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and the excellent service I receive! They are very professional, funny and have great attention to details. My massive Kudos go out to them as they were working so hard during the stay at home orders, while many of us were fortunate enough to work from our homes. I have been to many UPS stores, and based on my personal and business transactions here, I know they are the best! Thank you for everything you do!
