long boring frustrating story short these guys are super slow and incompetent, they simply don't care if they give horrible service and its painful. I've bought 6 vans from them, they used to have awesome service & made it easy, now its a horribly painful slow arduous process even just getting a simple answer can take 4 days, and that's for someone who's spent a third of a million dollars with them.

edited: purchasing a new car was an extremely emotional process for me. I suppose it is for everybody however lately it’s been especially tough to keep my cool sometimes. Although I did have to wait six months for my car and there were several hiccups in the end these people were really nice to me even though I did have a complete meltdown in front of them.

Very unsatisfied, Paul De La Cruz was very rude and disrespectful calling me and my mom a liar, when in fact they charged me for an oil change and NEVER really did the job. They didn’t drain the old oil out correctly and just poured “the new oil” in. That’s why we had to bring back the car due to the fact that my car read 35% oil life. At first Paul didn’t want to do the oil change, so I asked for a refund since they had charged me. And so then as soon as I said that he said they would do the oil change. Once they changed the oil it was BLACK! So to all the people who get their oil change done in this place I suggest you look and see that they do their job correctly. Will not be coming to this Ford of Ventura again.
