The staff is helpful there wasn't many people in the store at the time I visited although it is a bit small but plenty of games and other items to choose from.

This is the best Game Stop in Ventura! Roger and his team always go above & beyond with their outstanding customer service. This is where I go to trade in all my old phones and tech I don't use anymore. The events they have for the new games is a big plus especially since alot of stores don't go out of there way any more like this one does.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They should have more control on their inventory. I had to wait for them to check for a game that they said it was available but it wasn't

They were very nice to my son. They hover a lot. Not like we were going to steal an empty case. We almost left. But the way they were nice to my son made up for it and we had a good time.
