I can get the enforcement of a mask mandate despite no other Warhammer stores I’ve been to enforcing this rule. I however am baffled at the new manager’s rule of banning all third-party hobbying supplies, including super glue, of which Games Workshop themselves does not sell anymore. This makes the assembling of Finecast, Metal, and Forgeworld models impossible in the store. All mentioned beforehand are official Games Workshop products that I actually cannot assemble in the store. It’s telling that when I mention these rules to other managers and patrons of other Warhammer stores, they are baffled.

For a store that centers around selling miniatures and boardgames you'd imagine it would be a fun and carefree place to let your imagination run wild. Well, at least for us it used to be that way for as long as we can remember. We used to love spending easily over a hundred dollars on paints and a few box sets, spending the day playing a match on their tables. Their previous manager was great! But with this new management, im taking my business somewhere else. After spending a lot of money on sets there, the manager was rude and almost happy to chase us out of the store after we tried to have a friendly match because a few of our models weren't up to his standard of play. That right there was the most unprofessional thing someone, especially a manager of a tabletop game store could do. Im taking my money, time, and buisness somewhere else.

Ryan is great, he will take care of you for all your Warhammer needs.

Best place to get warhammer models but you already knew that, however something to note of this store is the staff. Ryan is extremely helpful in every aspect of warhammer but more importantly he is truthful and doesn't attempt to push you into buying things that you simply don't need. He's always a charm to talk too and I always end up spending 10 to 15 minutes just gushing about warhammer stuff. Always a good experience!

Ventura County says no we do not need to. However last time I was there GM said they were asking the Guest to wear the masks while inside.
Mostly, I've found they only have room for their table top minis games.
