Great customer service! Ask for Darlene. She went the extra mile to help us get what we needed and so did Moe. With our circumstances, it seemed impossible to get what we needed, but they made it happen. Darlene made us feel right at home. We traveled 2 hours to this specific Honda dealership because of their customer service. They never let you down. You need a car? Come here, and ask for Darlene.

Went in looking for a sonic grey hybrid and Marcos the sales associate did a fabulous job assisting me through the process. I have always dreaded the car buying experience, however, with Marcos he really simplified everything and answered every question I had. I will most definitely be back for any future purchases. I really recommend Marcos S. if you’re looking for a simplified and pleasant experience.

Came here on Tuesday because Chris was sure he would be able to work with us and our credit. We ended talking to Ms. Flores (which was a great help) and helped us figure out a car we wanted. After all the time spend from 7 to 1030 pm. We were told we were approved but to come back the next day so they can help us with the right numbers (of course withing what we want to pay monthly). Wednesday came around. If I did not call to get an update, they would of never called me. Again we were there since 7 pm and all of sudden we were no longer approved and denied all loans. I have never owned or purchased a Honda and just thought I would give it a shot. I have never had any bad experiences purchasing a car with big name dealers, but Honda has been the worst experience ever. Told us they would help but all they did was wasted my time and ran my credit too many times. THANKS HONDA!

I recently visited Ocean Honda's service department with an issue related to Honda Link and my iPhone connectivity. Since I just drove there without an appointment, I wasn't sure of what I would encounter. Ms. Angelica Suarez greeted me and immediately said she would help. In a matter of 10 minutes the recommended solution was initiated, and the problem completely solved once I purchased a needed item for my iPhone.
