The Rite Aid at Valley View and Lampson closed and merged with the Rite Aid at Valley View and Chapman. It has been a nightmare ever since. There are too many people working in the pharmacy and only a couple know what they are doing. Since they merged stores, they have given me incorrect information about to get a replacement inhaler, given me the incorrect inhaler, although there is a sign at the drive through that says ask for Claritin at the drive through, they made me come inside to get it when I had Covid, even after I told everyone I had Covid. The employees are rude and unprofessional.

Unprofessional pharmacy associates. Very unfriendly with a poor personality. Very slow and uncaring. Avoid if at all possible.

The other day my doctor sent a prescription to the Rite Aid located on Chapman & Valley View, upon my arrival I contacted a woman wearing a blue uniform and asked her if my prescription was ready for pick up,. The woman’s name is Lisa and identified herself as a pharmaceutical tech. Within minutes the pharmacist named Yen approached me and explained about my two prescriptions. Both pharmacist and pharmaceutical tech and other staff members are very helpful, kind and very professional. I would personally recommend these two ladies to all my friends and family members throughout these immediate area.

I normally adore this store but today I had a horrible experience with the “ store manger “ Anna . She was extremely rude when serving my ice cream she even was throwing the ice cream cups and cones because she didn’t understand what I asked for . Then she also wouldn’t hand me my change and threw my receipt on the counter before storming off . I think as a family company you should pride yourselves in customer service and with a manger like that the integrity of the store is questionable. No store manger should display that type of rude behavior I’m very disappointed in the level of disrespect from a manger of this store .
