I have been coming here whenever I am visiting Anaheim from Vegas. The prices were extremely reasonable and the service was good. NOT anymore. Covid and inflation has definitely taken a toll on the prices but I still gave it a chance. However, when going in for a pedicure the nail tech kept haggling the prices of the pedicure while she was working on me. She gave me a price sheet with specials listed but wouldn't tell me what was included. Instead she started me at a basic pedicure and added $5 to remove my gel polish, then told me it was another $10 to get gel so it would be $35. When she was done she gave me a bill for $40. The owner came to give me my change and I asked what exactly did I get for $40. She asked me what I thought I was getting as she appeared to sense something wrong as it related to the nail tech. They began to argue in the shop in a different language and my nail tech ran off. She definitely over charged me. I will never come back. The pedicure is not bad but the experience, haggling, and lack of professionalism is a deterrent.

Definitely not coming back. I know some people at this salon are apparently very talented but oh my goodness with my experience, I can't bring myself to try again. Not only did the nail tech who worked on me keep leaving in order to attend to other customers (I was there a little over an hour for a basic pedicure) but she also kept making mistakes while painting my nails. The edges are very rough. She also cut one of my nails into a fairly sharp point that is now digging into my skin and it's extremely painful because I wore heels the day after getting this done and hadn't realized that there was a sharp point there. Finally when everything was done, the nail tech who had me took off and let another lady do my top coat. I watched her do this and she got distracted like the first lady did with other customers and I noticed she had missed one of my big toes. I mentioned it to her, asking her to add the top coat to that toe nail and she insisted that she did. Not wanting to argue, and honestly not liking my results anyway, I paid and left. Almost two hours later I was putting on a pair of tights at home and they got a little stuck after I removed them. The one toe I had asked about that she swore had the top coat on, had gotten stuck to the tights and is now missing a chunk of nail polish. None of the other ones had any issues, so I'm positive that it didn't have the top coat. It just wasn't a good time overall. Oh and the nail tech made me bleed when she was working on my cuticles, she kept picking at this spot until it became red and irritated and then kept continuing until I bled and I have no idea why she kept going when that definitely wasn't dead skin
