This is the McDonald's in Mt. Gilead. I placed a mobile order I parked in bed the mobile / curbside parking my food never came out to us we waited almost a half hour and nothing I had to go inside and get our order myself and to add to the frustration my order was missing several items 3 sandwiches , 3 drinks , and a hash brown. I had to back inside to get our missing items I stood at the counter for the longest time as ALL the EMPLOYEES just pretended I wasn't there. I finally had to yell Excuse Me , excuse me like 3 or 4x's before someone came over to assist me. So a 5 to 10min trip to get food took 30 to 40 mins causing me to be late for my daughter's volleyball 🏐 game..

After giving my wife a Raw bloody cheeseburger they try to justify it by saying that that’s just how they cook sometimes and then when they brought her out a sandwich to replace it this is what it looked like burnt to hell and head out burger burger from numerous rounds ago stuck to it because they don’t clean the grill

Waited 10 minutes on 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. Asked to pull ahead. Wrong order was brought out to me and then had wait longer when correct order came person never said they were sorry for the delay or acknowledged me at all.

We got 3 large fries all half full. At least they were hot but if you didn’t have all the fries ready, please at least pull me forward so I’m not being charged for what I’m not getting please.
