I needed 4 tires and a belt put on. They said it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. After waiting 5 I called them and they said it still wasn’t done because they thought they had a part they didn’t. It ended up taking 6 and half hours which caused me to miss my fiancés Grandfather’s birthday. On top of that they broke my hood latch handle and didn’t say anything about it. This wasn’t the first bad experience I had there but it will definitely be the last

Went there a few weeks ago and they told me they heated up my tie rod end cherry hot and couldn’t get it lose said the would have to replace it. I went somewhere else and they did it just fine. Don’t waste you time go elsewhere.

Scheduled my appointment online, I even showed up early and they got right to work on my truck. They were very knowledgeable and gave plenty of information when their inspection turned up a couple extra repairs needed.

My tire pressure light came on and thankfully the guys at Firestone were able to take care of me right away! Even though they were very busy, they got me in quickly, found out that my tires were worn all the way to the metal belts, and immediately put new tires on my car. I was in and out within an hour and if not for Jamie and Garret, I might have had a tire blow out!
