Update: 6/1/21. Horrible 5 star to 0 star. I am having a horrible time with Kaiser and just as bad a time with this office. I have CANCER!!! between Kaiser and the county I can't actually get anyone to help!!!. I can't get an appointment with an oncologist. I can't get anyone on the phone to help.. I can't even get a promised call back.. managers at Kaiser and the county will not even get on the phone. Avoid this office at all costs. Because if you really need help you won't get it here... I found that out the hard way. Original review: Very helpful.They went above and beyond in an Extremely time sensitive issue. Through explanation, and assisted in paper work that I would never have finished without help.

Government agency in the County of Ventura regarding human Services and needs For the most part the staff is professional and service is good but typical of most government agencies can sometimes be cumbersome and time-consuming

Front desk intake reps need to show more courtesy to applicants of All color and ages and genders as that is the "RIGHT of the APPLICANT to be treated with courtesy and not treated with any discrimination for any reason at all." -printed words of the Law and Rights of Applicants to Welfare. That applies to Ventura County. Case workers MUST respond to important voice-mails of questions and concerns if they want to continue sending important Notices and Documents to persons already receiving benefits from the VC Human Services Agency.
