Best kept secret of a county park. It’s always full of friends and families, music, and people cooking up wonderful smells. It really has it all: disc golf, pet area, pump track, exercise equipment, playground, ball field, looping walking paths and trails, gazebo, lots of grills and picnic tables, soccer fields, lake boardwalk, even a prayer shrine. Use the new Agents of Discovery app to learn something about the area. Never feels crowded with plenty of room to space out and keep the kids busy all afternoon. Restrooms are open. Ample parking tends to fill up on weekends.

The Disc golf course is legit. Nice place for a bbq also. However there has been some people breaking in to cars lately. So don't leave valuables in your vehicle. It's not the safest place. But it is a very beautiful park with great hiking trails, free parking and a killer 18 hole disc golf course.

As long as they are leashed, too many think ots ok to let their dogs run loose and it's just not safe for all dogs all the time so please for your pets safety and the safety of other pets please use a leash to walk dogs if you wish to let your dogs off leash there are dog parks for this activity .
I wouldnt think so it's only a small trail next to a large grassy spot. It's great for frizzbiegolf though
